In order to prepare your company or business tax return we require the following information:

Please fill in the online form or download the form fill in the form on your computer then print it before proceeding with any of the following

• Copies of all bank statements for the company for the financial year required.
• Please identify on the bank statements the income and expenses paid for the business including your private expenses and loans if any.
• Please also provide us with the out of pocket expenses.
• A copy of the last financial statements and a tax return lodged with the Australian Taxation Office.

• E-Mail (recommended) Please note you will need a scanner. To e-mail the above

• FAX - Quick and Convenient but costly
• Mail - youi will need a photo copier or scan the information
  then burn unto a CD or DVD in PDF format please ask for a A4 envelope to be sent to your address
